The right-hand tear-off section of your computerised prescription, which lists your medication, must be used when requesting a repeat prescription. This should be sent by post or placed in the box at reception any time during opening hours. If you enclose an SAE we can post the prescription back to you. Alternatively, you can use the prescription collection service by ticking the appropriate chemist's box on the slip. The prescription will then sent electronically to the chemist and you will be able to collect your medication from them.
In order to free telephone lines for more urgent calls and to improve efficiency for all our patients, we regret requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone.
Each prescription takes two full working days to be processed, so please don't let your medicine run out.
Please allow two clear working days for Imperial Road and three clear working days for Ashover for the processing of your repeat prescriptions.
For example those received on Monday will be ready first thing on Thursday morning for Imperial Road and Friday morning for Ashover.
